Hennessy Hotel

I was quite worried as this is the first time staying at this Hotel and after booking and confirmation with payment. I read some remarks of its conditions and complaints from Guest. I was worried as I am also travelling with my in laws for my daughter's graduation. But all those complaints were proven wrong as I find the location fantastic - Hong Kong Island and food was easily accessible. The Hotel looks kind of dodgy outside but you be surprise .. I don't smell cigarette smoke in the room and for the price I think it is sufficiently good. In fact the room are very good size too for Hotels in Hong Kong. This is my 6th trip to Hong Kong and I have stayed in a few other hotels and compared to others it is quite good.

I like that they change the towels everyday, location wise is good and the noodle shop in front is always available, no restaurant on the hotel so you need to buy your own food everyday and might want to consider that. Internet is good also kudos to that i guess oh and theres self service laundry on the other street at the back of the hotel

The hotel is in the final stages of renovation and looks really good. Comfy spacious rooms. Soundproofing is pretty good. The internet connection is good. I also received an upgrade, from twin room to family room. Hilário at the reception was very friendly and helpful!

Fast check in, great location with convenience stores, shop lots, food shops, trem, MTR and bus stations nearby. Literally a direct bus line to airport just in front of hotel. The room is bigger and spacious than expected, very clean. The room is cleaned daily with toiletries, clean towels and mineral water refilled.

Great location and the beds are quite nice
